課程概述

闡明神經細胞生物學基本觀念，主要內容為了解神經系統運作的分子細胞機制，特別著重於神經細胞訊息傳導的調控機制。教學方式以講演為主，課程中安排小組討論、隨堂筆記、作業及期中與期末考。 

課程目標
 神經科學是二十一世紀最重要的科學之一，面對未知的事物，科學家需要妥善運用創造力和想像力。本課程旨在開發學生的原創力，挑戰學生思考與發問；訓練學生分析思辨與寫作表達的能力；提供電生理學的基本觀念，儲備未來神經電生理的研究人才。 
課程要求
 英文教科書的閱讀及英文專有名詞之記憶；按照繳交作業; 預習及複習上課內容。
